Fermented Strawberry Chia Drink

There are a few chia and kombucha drinks around, so I thought it would be good to have a DIY recipe. You can adjust the amount of chia depending on how thick you like it, and you can use almost any culturing medium. Chia seeds are wonderfully high in protein, minerals, and essential fatty acids. For this recipe, I have kept the chia seeds whole; however, to get the most nutrition out of them, they should be ground. Feel free to grind all or half the seeds in this recipe before soaking, if you like.
